The content of the emails collected using OrgMRI is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one (1) hour of being captured, with the exception of the following:

The body of text generated by the user. This information is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within thirty (30) days or such other time period as may be agreed upon with the client.

We never train on your data or emails.

OrgMRI captures a user’s email traffic which may have the following information:

Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Includes name, address, contact details, and identification numbers.
Financial and Payment Information: Data related to financial transactions or payments related to 5fn.
Authentication Information: Logins, passwords, and authentication cookies.
Personal Communications: Information from emails.

5fn will do everything within practical limits to anonymize emails, their contents and to delete PII information within (1) one hour of being captured. All captured content is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within thirty (30) days or such other time period as may be agreed upon with the client.

All personal data that 5fn controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
